SUBSCRIPTION RATES--(international rates in parentheses): $635 ($683) per year. Single back issues $100 ($120) per issue. Complete sets of most back volumes are available at $550 ($598) per volume. Claims for copies lost in the mail must be received within 90 days of publication date for domestic subscribers, and within 6 months of publication for all others.

CONTRIBUTIONS--Contributions reporting original research or brief reviews and analyses dealing with some aspect of environmental quality in natural and agricultural ecosystems will be received from all disciplines, and from both members and nonmembers, for consideration by the editorial board. Papers may be volunteered or invited. Letters to the editor will also be considered. Submit manuscripts electronically at http://www.manuscripttracker.com/jeq1/. Instructions to authors are published online at http://jeq.scijournals.org/ and in most issues of the journal.

PUBLICATION CHARGES--There is a flat publication fee of $650 per manuscript. No page charges will be assessed against invited review papers or letters to the editor. Beginning with papers submitted 1 Feb. 2008 and later, the page charges will be $80 per page for the first six printed pages, and $175 for each page over six. There will be a flat fee of $650 for review papers.
